Ready when you are
Think we might be a good fit?
Here's how to connect
Starting therapy can come with a lot of questions — especially when you're meeting someone new. You might be wondering, "What will we talk about? What will the first session be like? Do I need to know exactly where to begin?" (You don't.)
Below, you'll find the details about getting started, what sessions look like, and what you can expect along the way. Bring your questions, any initial nerves, and the tangled ball of thoughts and feelings — even if your mind goes completely blank when you arrive. We can sort it out together.
And if you still have questions by the end of this page, you'll find more answers over on my FAQ page.
Consultations
A consultation isn't therapy — it's a free 15-minute call that gives us a chance to meet before you book a full session. You can ask questions, learn a little more about how I work, and get a feel for whether my experience and approach align with what you're looking for. There's no pressure or obligation to book afterward.
Reaching out to a new therapist can feel vulnerable, so you're also welcome to contact me with any questions before booking. And if it turns out that I'm not the right therapist for you, I'll do my best to connect you with another therapist or resource that may better suit your needs.

Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual therapy gives you dedicated space to explore what's happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and work toward the changes that matter to you. Our sessions will reflect your needs, goals, and pace — because therapy shouldn't feel like a generic, one-size-fits-all process.
Sessions are available in person, virtually, and — coming soon — through walk-and-talk therapy.
In-Person Therapy
Available to clients in Calgary, AB
If you prefer meeting face to face, I offer sessions in a beautiful, thoughtfully designed office that feels warm, comfortable, and private. You'll find me in Suite 105 at the Thrive Business & Wellness Centre, located at 11500 29 Street SE in Calgary.
Virtual Therapy
Available to clients across Alberta
Prefer to meet from home? Virtual therapy offers a flexible and convenient way to connect — without the commute. All you need is a private place to talk, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera. You'll receive the same thoughtful, personalized support, with your privacy and confidentiality remaining a priority.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Coming soon · Calgary, AB
For those who feel more comfortable talking side by side — or simply find it easier to think while moving — walk-and-talk therapy offers another way for us to work together. This option isn't quite ready yet, but it's on the way. More details to come!
